It is expected that Apple may introduce a revised MacBook Air on Wednesday’s “Back to the Mac” event. Other expectations are: unveiling of Mac OS X 10.7, new versions of its productivity (iWorks) and lifestyle software (iLife) suites.
Rumors are going around on MacBook Air with an 11.6in screen – much smaller than the current 13.3in screen. The new MacBook Air in the current form factor is rumored to have much larger battery (50 % bigger), while reducing the already thin thickness and weight.
It is to be noted that MacBook Air hasn’t seen change in exterior since it was introduced three years back.
The event kicks off at 10 a.m. Pacific time on October 20, 2010.
