Online Drawing and Painting at Queeky

When we talk about drawing and painting – the tools that come in mind are – Paint Shop, Photoshop, Corel Draw, Adobe Illustrator, Gimp and so on. But, the future is going to change. As the storage shifts to cloud, nobody will be going to install software in local drive. When storage and processing is done in a remote computer, the local computer can be lot more lightweight and feature rich. One can have access to thousands of high-end software from a smartphone.

I was surprised by the way online drawing tool can do the professional painting works. The free online tool at records every brush and can replay the painting process. The painting of a train is very realistic and what is more surprising is that – it can show the replay of the painting process. It sure will be a great learning tool for aspiring artists.

Click on this link and click the play button in the page to see the whole process. If you want to start your own painting – just click on File -> New. You are ready to explore the immense power of online software.

I have seen a lot of other online drawing tools. So far, this is the best tool I have come across. Autodesk’s Sketch Up is another nice tool but, I don’t know if it’s online version exist. I will talk about other great tools in coming days.
