HP has announced that it’s ill fated HP TouchPad will make a comeback, just in time for the holidays. The assembly lines will start producing the tablet once again for the last time and the tablet will still be sold for $100 price tag.
A $100 is a huge bargain for the consumers to pay for a tablet estimated to have cost $300 to manufacture.
The consumers are confused by the mixed message from HP about the death of TouchPad and sudden reversal of it’s decision. HP Touchpad had claimed the No. 2 position in Best-Selling Tablet the market – beating all the tablets in the market except iPad.
HP has posted some QandA if you want to know more about the availability of the tablet.
