We’re just weeks away from the announcement of the new Apple iPhone 5, according to an Apple employee who asked not to be named because he was not allowed to speak publicly for the company.
That was Nick Bilton in New York Times, who says that the Apple employee said that the case the images posted by a smartphone case maker, Case-Mate seems to be "potentially authentic". The case maker had posted the design of cased in it’s website briefly and then removed after the buzz started.
It seems the manufacturer wants to take advantage of the mystery of what the new version of the device would look like.
The webpage that featured the case designs of iPhone 5 now says, “We’ll have your cases when you have your new iPhone."
